Return Policy

Thank you so much for your support! I strive to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. However, I understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review my return policy below:

1. Return Window
All return requests must be made within 15 days of the date your package is marked as delivered.

2. Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and immediately file a claim with USPS, as all packages are insured for up to $100.
While I do my best to package every item carefully, I unfortunately cannot control how carriers handle packages during transit. Please also notify me within 24 hours of delivery so I can assist you with the process and document the issue on my end.

3. Damage Upon Delivery
Every package is thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you notice any damage upon delivery that appears unrelated to transit, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. I will work with you to find the best solution.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

5. Unwanted Colors or Incorrect Items
Please double-check your selections before finalizing your order.
If you wish to return an item due to a wrong choice (such as color or style), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that depending on availability, I may not always have an identical replacement item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued once the item is returned in its original condition.

6. Restocking Fee
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

7. Shipping and Handling
If multiple orders are combined for shipping, the total shipping and handling cost will increase based on the final package weight.

8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
No exchanges will be accepted after 24 hours unless the item was part of a pre-order.
